Idevco, Inc. is a fully integrated real estate firm that provides targeted acquisition, development, and management services to individual investor clients. We manage all of our own properties with the intent of holding their real estate for long term. Our success is due to the "hands on" approach to the management of the properties. Some of our tenants have occupied our buildings for decades.

Founded in 1982 Idevco was formed as a construction and development company. The main objective was to develop and build industrial/office projects that allowed its investors to hold the properties in their long term portfolios.

One of the earlier projects was Seagate's headquarters in Scotts Valley, California. This totaled 145,000 square feet and was eventually sold to Seagate. Other projects included Sequoia Research Park which totaled 225,000 square feet. Half of Sequoia was sold to Borland International shortly after completion. The rest was maintained in the portfolio for a number of years.

In addition to the commercial buildings, Idevco has constructed and sold over 300 housing units. Most notably being 200 units in a joint venture with Weyerhauser Corporation (WY).

In total Idevco has developed over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial and residential real estate in California.
